By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the bilacuci platform available at bilacuci.club (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bilacuci ("we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the Platform. Any previous representations, warranties, or statements not contained herein are superseded.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the Platform. bilacuci strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction prior to registration. bilacuci does not represent that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and bilacuci accepts no liability in that regard.
3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles bilacuci to immediately close the relevant Account.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — are prohibited. bilacuci reserves the right to consolidate or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances therein pending investigation.
3.5 KYC Verification. bilacuci may, at any time, request documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method. Accepted documents include government-issued identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport), utility bills, and bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bilacuci immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.2 Account Activity. bilacuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your responsibility unless bilacuci is notified of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.1 above.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. bilacuci reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant balances after written notice is sent to the registered email address. The fee shall not exceed the remaining balance.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bilacuci accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Interbank GIRO), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and USDT. Minimum deposit is RM 30. bilacuci reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bilacuci targets processing of eWallet and FPX withdrawals within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes, though actual timescales may vary depending on third-party payment processors and verification requirements. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are targeted within one (1) hour.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. bilacuci reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of bonus wagering compliance. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable to USDT transactions, are the Player's responsibility.
5.5 Player Funds. bilacuci maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds in accordance with its international licensing requirements. This segregation provides a level of protection but does not constitute a guarantee of funds in all insolvency scenarios.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. bilacuci reserves the right to restrict eligibility based on Player location, account history, or payment method used.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bilacuci employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, making low-risk bets that technically meet wagering requirements but exploit expected value disparities, and collusion with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
6.4 Amendment and Withdrawal of Offers. bilacuci reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or registered email address with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the bilacuci Platform is governed by specific rules published within the relevant game or market section. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other technical fault that causes a game or bet to be settled incorrectly, bilacuci reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return stakes. We are not liable for losses arising from technical faults that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits may be adjusted at bilacuci's discretion, including specific limits applied to individual player accounts based on betting patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bilacuci Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the bilacuci Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the property of bilacuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of bilacuci content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 bilacuci provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bilacuci disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
10.2 bilacuci's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 bilacuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with bilacuci's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how bilacuci handles your data.
bilacuci is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your bilacuci Account settings at any time.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use bilacuci's self-exclusion tool or to contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours, after which the Account will be suspended and will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. bilacuci will not direct marketing communications to self-excluded Players.

13.1 By bilacuci. bilacuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bilacuci reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements. In such cases, any withdrawable balance (i.e., excluding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player following completion of KYC verification, unless the Account is suspended as part of an active investigation into fraudulent activity.
13.2 By the Player. You may close your bilacuci Account at any time by contacting bilacuci support. Upon closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with clause 5.2, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
bilacuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file no fewer than seven (7) days before taking effect, or posted on the Platform with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bilacuci holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution framework. The language of arbitration shall be English.
